Blue Crush

Wishing all a safe and happy Labor Day weekend!

 

2 oz. Patrón Silver

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

.75 oz. Lemon Juice

.25 oz. Demerara Syrup

.5 oz. Blue Curacao

Pineapple & orange peel for garnish

Pineapple leaf for garnish

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice and shake vigorously.

Pour unstrained into glass. Garnish with a pineapple ring, orange peel, and leaf.

The Modern Sour

1 ½ oz. Gentleman Jack

½ oz. Mandarine Napoleon

¾ oz. fresh lemon juice

¾ oz. simple syrup

2 oz.  ginger beer

Shake all but ginger beer with ice. Add ginger beer. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Jack’s a Peach 

1 ½ oz. Gentleman Jack

1 oz. fresh lemon juice

1 oz. peach syrup

2 oz. lemon/lime soda

Shake all but soda with ice. Add soda. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and/or peach slices.
